Please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipping.
Each piece is created with attention to detail and quality.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the products in your order.
You will see the total shipping fee before completing your purchase.
We offer Standard and Express options whenever available.
Delivery estimates are shown during checkout.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times (after production):
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada & Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Delivery time may vary depending on your location and customs procedures.
4. Multiple Shipments
Because each product is made on demand and fulfilled from different partner studios,
your order may arrive in separate packages.
Each one is crafted and shipped with care — your full order will always arrive safely.
5. International Shipping
We ship worldwide 🌍
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import taxes in their country.
These fees are not included in the product or shipping price and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery, if applicable.
6. Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
If your order ships in multiple packages, you’ll receive separate tracking updates for each.
